Please note that commissioning and or receiving art from me means you have read and agreed to my terms of service.

Copyrights
Do NOT use, alter, trace, profit, advertise, claim, reference from or distribute my art & characters without my confirmed permission.
Do NOT have me create a character OC that is not owned by you, or one created with exact similarities without confirmed permission!
Do NOT ask me to trace or alter anyone's art or characters, this is not supported by my ethics as a genuine artist.
Commission me to do something different and unique to you and not others. My art is my skill, talent, time and labor.
You may upload/show off the personal art and owned character you have paid, supported and commissioned me for (I encourage you to!), physically created items (for personal use only) sell, trade or give my art that consists of your personal owned character/s (your OC only!)
to others if you desire.
I believe that you own the art piece you have paid for in those regard's, as long as you do NOT alter, merchandise or the continuous re sell of my works (royalties) and always give credit to me, the artist! Make that known to whoever the new owner is please.
I will never allow my art/characters to be sold/used as an NFT or AI bots that infringe on my skill and intellectual property at all! None of your art from me is restricted to Patreon! No platform, company or site owns rights to my art unless stated otherwise from me.
We can discuss details about selling merchandise with my art either as royalties or as a one time additional fee to the commission.
Payment & Slots
I accept monthly payments, Minimum partial payment required before beginning a commission or reserving a slot. Work will be completed up to the amount that is paid for. Commission completion eta varies and delayed completion benefits from my overall art improvement, as I always strive to exceed in quality, offer highly customizable and unique pieces. I will inform you how busy my current que is for you to decide if you would like to continue to reserve a slot.
Keep in mind, reserving a slot ensures you would be next in line on a constantly busy que of my projects. It is not recommended to assume I would be available in convenient time due to high demand. Once a price has been agreed upon, I will honor that agreement and not request an additional amount due to price changes inflation ect. Unless you want anything additional or if you canceled your commission.
Changes & Corrections
Please provide accurate reference and thoroughly precise information for what you would like. I can also suggest anything if you are unsure. Inform me of any needed changes before I progress as well as any & all details / input you would like to provide. I constantly send WIP's and stream, you may change any ideas before we begin. I will make corrections if informed during the concept sketch stage, or if there is an error on my part.
Do not take advantage of changes for my complex in-depth art process as a character creation menu, or correction leniency to lead me on a wild goose chase please, or I will have to charge additional. Cannot make changes to finished, confirmed and sent commissions unless it is an error on my part or it will cost extra. If you want additions or changes to a finished commission, you must tell me while I have the psd file if you are willing to pay more accordingly. There are a lot of layers that go behind creating digital art, so please be somewhat knowledgeable about the process. It might be easy making facial expressions or taking a shirt off in real life, but drawing it is different! :V
Refunds & Refusal Of Service
Things happen and I believe in 50/50 equal fairness and we can discuss a refund. ❤
I reserve the right to refuse service and blacklist anyone, for any reason that does not need to be disclosed.
1.) If I cannot & have not started on your commission, you are entitled and guaranteed a full refund. I might have to refund in incremental payments over time. As I am one person, not a company and live month to month and may not be immediate. Thank you for your patience for refunds.
2.) If a refund is requested after I have started on your commission, I will keep up to the amount that I have put work towards (no more, no less) and you will receive what I have completed only after email satisfaction confirmation.
3.) I reserve the right to re-purpose my scrapped art into YCH's, Adopts or personal pieces.
4.) Completed commissions are non refundable! After you are satisfied with the completion of your commission, I will require confirmation from the email associated with your transaction in the form of:
''The service zingiberartworks has provided has been fully rendered to my satisfaction''.
All files & WIP's will have un-distributable & intrusive watermarks throughout the commission process, until confirmation is received before sending unmarked & full resolution files. I will dispute and prevent any false charge back refund claims and theft of my work. With all proof that I will always document and provide to the fullest extent.

Will Not Draw 👎
- AI ''art'' or NFT's (AI art is a chop shop of theft with no creativity.) (NFT's are a scam.) I will not use any ideas or reference from any AI slop!
- YCH clones & bases (I believe art should be unique, challenging, gratifying and not a hollow-less cookie cut out.)
- Collaborations (All work from start to finish will be done entirely by me, myself and I.)
- Promoting real world Communism, Dictators, Authoritarian Regimes, Terrorism, Extremism, Corruption, Divisiveness.
- Scat / Vomit / Diapers
- Sexualized Minors / Pedophilia / Loli (SFW is more than alright for young characters)
- Relationship Cheating
- Sexism / Racism / Double Standards
- Non-consensual sex / Rape
- Prostitution / Sex Work (any sexual activities and encounters in exchange for money)
- Bestiality / Sexualized Ferals / Zoophilia
(Humanoid parts of a taur can be nsfw like the chest but not the rest of the body in a feral appearance of the remaining body unless it's mlp)
Will Draw 👌
I don't like to limit my artistic abilities, so if it isn't in my will not draw, I will most likely enjoy drawing it.

What It Takes & Timeline
I have always pushed myself to offer complex and highly unique customized art, from every pose, backgrounds, outfits, species and every kind of detail and down to every difference and possibility there is that has been commissioned in a convenient time frame. But as I am not an assembly line tooled and configured to create one type of product from a simple operation. That estimation and attempt would not allow the many art pieces I have made to be possible, as I am not a manufacturing plant and conveyor churning out the same thing for people and refuse to let my skill be streamlined or rushed as doing so would not let me make the intricacies offered and expected from my art.
I pride myself and dedication to making something unique to you and everyone each time while improving with the power of that imagination with thought, care, and with that effort takes time. As much as we dislike self-entitled wealthy companies and individuals treating us poorly, that we complain about and essentially continue to prop up. Please respect the creative process that makes what you want possible. I love art and I know you do too and that is why the process needs to be understood in these crazy times in the world and shitty infringing generative AI slop to top it all off.
I hope to someday keep my art completion turnaround to no later than 4 and a half months for any type of commission but based on complexity, time, effort, resources required and to stay competitive and affordable. It is entirely dependent on what you, the individual, would like. If a complex customized $200 commission takes me at least two whole days of effort to complete while living trapped with no help in a highly inflated economy next to California can be very difficult.
Especially when I pay federal self employment tax of 15.3% and state tax of 2.5% of everything made and all costs associated with payment processing fees and art programs, hardware and business supplies, no sick leave/vacation time, and having to meticulously plan if I have time for a day off to relax, constantly needing to communicate and the engagement required everywhere and for commission detail planning and discussions etc. I can honestly write a book on what it takes.
Please note the art I create takes all of my effort mentally and entire brain to create while under these extreme stresses. This career is not as simple as pressing a button to only feel like what I do is expected and completely undervalued for what I do. Currently, to uphold what is offered and my standards without sacrificing quality, your guess for a timeline for completion is as unbeknownst to me as much as my ability to go into the future is for what you want. I just had to state the quiet part out loud, professional but raw that every artist is thinking and feeling. It is far beyond a cakewalk. ~Thank you!
Featured Art
I reserve the right as the artist and independent business to feature my art of your commissions, to promote / advertise what I offer.
Minimum of an additional 25% fee if you prefer your commission to not be featured. Completely free to be anonymous.
Closed Species
Do not alter or create new characters based on any of my unique and closed species I create.

I appreciate all excitement involving around art and characters! There are so many truly exceptional pieces of art from amazing and skilled artists but I would prefer to focus on my art to contend with. Please do not get any gift art of my characters or myself and please do not constantly show me art from other artists in an irrelevant manner as I work with you.
I have much of my own skill and style that I pursue in improving and ideas to bring to life. You are commissioning me for my art and evolving capabilities as I provide my own unique service for you, not for you to show me others. Thank you for understanding. ❤
I am not interested, aware or partake in any cliques, names, popularity of others or anyone in any community/fandom, or influencer status or drama/gossip from anyone or towards anyone. I only focus on conducting business and our own interactions. I do not adhere to anyone disliking others for any personal reasons that I am not apart of. I am not involved with anyone's background that has commissioned me for any controversial beliefs or statements presented in person or online. I am not engaged in anyone's social credit. Use common sense and do not treat me as an accessory to what others do with their own actions just because they have received art from me. I am not anyone's mom!
Please be aware I am entirely focused on my profession with my art and to survive while doing so and the mental gymnastics and time required of me to do it. I am mostly no longer here for idle chit chat about anything past my own artistry and legitimate commissioner support. The creative community is currently experiencing some difficult times and I am equally caught up in it. uwu
It is unfortunate that this has to be addressed, but in no way shape and or form does getting NSFW art with me or my OC with yours in many ways, and it can be extremely lewd fantasy ideas of said art . That I am only mutually attracted and or interested in is purely fictional and can honestly be pretty crazy and I enjoy it. But that does NOT translate to anything outside that professional business and light level hearted friendship lewd and funny banter, trolling, teasing flirtatious comments like level of conduct is more then fine I am not sensitive to that.
Our interactions do not indicate I am consenting to bizarre, creepy or obsessive actions towards me in a real life setting. I.E at a convention or if you ever meet me in person anywhere to think of us as an actual relationship or wanting to have real life physical contact is NOT permitted in that manner period! I am happily married to my hubby and soulmate I've been with for 18 years irl and there is no door open to ANYTHING beyond that in reality. The most amount that goes anywhere is strictly through art and ideas of said art, I have boundaries. If me and my soulmate do decide to play with others. Self taught artist, never had help from parents and started off with nothing. First desk was off the side of the road with trash and tablet I got from working odd jobs ( Bamboo tablet). I try to go above and beyond & always keep my head up no matter the challenge.
Hardship is something to grow from, while counting your blessings to be thankful/grateful for 👍
I started drawing when I was a young teen then became a digital artist at 21 years old and continue to do things independently.
(would've loved to start sooner for digital ;w; but didn't have that luxury.)
